Return and Refund Policy

 Scoopy Nutrition 15-Day Return Policy


At Scoopy Nutrition, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality supplements and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines:


1. Eligibility for Returns: 

  - Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  - Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  - Opened products may be returned if they are defective or do not meet your expectations.


2. Return Process: 

  - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@ScoopyNutrition.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  - You will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the product back.


3. Shipping Costs: 

  - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

  - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50.


4. Refunds: 

  - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  - Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


5. Exchanges: 

  - If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired product.


6. Non-Returnable Items: 

  - Certain items, such as opened food or supplement products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
